Hi everyone,
It has been really busy around here lately. We are still roofing Frank and Holly's house. The boys have all been involved. It required much labor and it has been
plenty warm.
Fortunately we have had dry days and nights.
We are also still doing things for Nate and Amanda finishing details on their home. We have painted the entire interior
of the home including ceilings,
trim, walls and cabinets. This afternoon, Brian installed rear brake pads
in one of their vehicles. The house looks great, many things have been accomplished. Their new home is only 2 blocks away on the same side
of our street.
The children
will be able to walk or bike easily to their home.
Sunday services at our new church in Colby have been exciting. Brian, Peggy, Amanda, Joshua, and Jessica have been providing a great spirit led worship service. It has been so fun letting God build this team. We are all rookies in our roles, but it has been a blast. Pastor Gayland is teaching the book of Acts. We encourage all to attend. Pastor is also requesting that our gang
do a worship set for a Tuesday night study we will open on Sep 11 at our new building, The
Gathering Place.
On Sunday, we dedicated Rosa to the Lord. It was an awesome time. Pastor Gayland prayed for both Rosa and Mom and Dad.
Rosa was dressed in a handmade dress. Charlotte's friend Susan helped her with the smocking and Charlotte did the embroidery while we were in Mississippi. It was beautiful, Charlotte put many hours into the details.
The wedding is in less than 2 weeks. Everyone is working on all those final details. It seems there are so many.
Please keep in touch, we love hearing from each of you.
the Haines family.

Wow, Rosa is beautiful! as I'm sure you know. What a beautiful dress, great work Charlotte. So, do any of you sleep? What an exciting life, with so many wonderful things happening, praise the Lord! It's nice to hear. It's seems like lately all I hear is about marriages breaking up, murders and mayhem. I'm in the process of learning how to let go of my children as the Lord weens me from controlling their lives. Chase made a quick comment about going off to college with a friend next year a few hours away for a bachelors degree. Harmony is still busy with publishing our homeschool newsletter, her college Art course, finishing up the tail end of 11th grade, working at Culvers and talking with her dozens of friends on the internet. We start a new volleyball league this Thursday and rejoin an old league in a couple of weeks on Tuesdays. Our family bowling league starts this Sunday, Chris is very excited. Did I mention that last year we took first place and I stood up and thanked the Lord for the victory during the banquet. There was mixed reaction. Harmony also is busy playing soccer with the homeschool group this month and volleyball next month. Chris and I plan on coming to the reception this saturday. See you then.
